Fees and Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed terms. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Amaze Tech shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, automations, integrations, or recommendations.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party software, APIs, AI models, and external platforms. Amaze Tech is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, outages, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

No Guarantee of Results

While our goal is to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance, we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including business operations, market conditions, and implementation decisions.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable project agreement.

Any outstanding fees for completed work remain payable upon termination.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
